Smokey Mountain Services began operations as a local field service company in March 1992 providing a wide variety of mortgage field services throughout Eastern Tennessee, Southern Kentucky, North Georgia and Western North Carolina. 

Over the years, as the field service industry evolved and became more diversified, a higher demand for field chase or door knock services was created.  These field chase requests typically involve making contact with a customer at their place of residence or employment and then facilitating contact with the financial institution by placing the customer on the phone with the client. These chases typically are completed within 48 - 72 hours of assignment.

The owner of Smokey Mountain Services, Dianne Stratton has been directly involved in the financial services environment for over 20 years.  Dianne has been involved as an Indirect Lending Operations Manager, Mortgage Portfolio Foreclosure and Loan Mitigation Manager and as a Due Diligence Associate for the FDIC.  Dianne's extensive financial experience allows her to maintain a clear understanding of the financial services world which allows Smokey Mountain Services to  understand and meet all client standards.
